cheers I my self thought it was ok for a training squat but it is some thing I can work on

I would put the bar on the next level down in the rack and bring my hands in closer - both should make it easier to unrack and control the bar on your back.

I thought you did very well to squat it after such a shaky walkout.

Calling it very high is a bit harsh IMO. Yes, I'd fail it on depth but you're not far off.

Yeah very high is harsh imo. It actually looks like you pretty much sunk it it's just that your knees went forward a lot. If you sit back you'll hit depth a lot easier.
