We don't really put much focus on the bench, but done a wee sesh the day

Bench Press

60kg x6, 6
100kg x6
110kg x6

Felt good the day so went for a pb 130kg prev was 117.5

Trying to get my axle weight up to 90kg for a novice comp in august. Think i'll manage to press it ok. Struggling with the cleans. just started training belt cleans as there allowed in the comp. Pos the only time i'll get away with doing them.

finished off with 62kg x 6, 6 strict press

My second comp came 4th place so was really happy.

My worst event was the farmers so its something i will be working on the next coming months.

Have a team comp next week for some more experience, then thats me until next year. Planning on doing under 90's so still have a lot of work to do. But i'm loving every min of it oooooooooouuuuuuuussssssst Happy
