first time trying theses was a nice wee change think we're going to put another sheet of wood down the next sesh to increase it more

First time I've used a log in a while. Was a bit sluggish getting the legs into the push press. Plenty of time to practise. Will prob stick at 80 until I get more speed on preforming the reps.
