it does look that way i do train other stuff as well. Just not been keeping track of it that well recently.

Got a comp in fraserburgh u90 u not fancy it?

legs felt really stiff and tight after the first set of 100. Decided to stick at that weight. Been a while since i squatted.

yoke

bad event for me normally struggle with 180 which is our yokes weight empty.
