I won't be there until about 11:00, but Joe Bullock will be there and he or Rick will weigh you in and take your entry fee etc. Lifting will start at 12:00 Unfortunately as the weather forecast for Adlington is pretty crap for Saturday, we won't be having a BBQ. However, the White Bear Pub is about a two minute walk from the club for those fancying a drink after the comp. Looking forward to this and seeing 100% effort from everyone, as a fitting memorial to Alan!! | ||

Look very much forward to the comp we've around 6 from our place having a try so promises to be a fun day . . . On a personal level I just haven't been able to shake of this thigh injury off albeit due to my own foolish self destruct button . I will still participate in all four events but will be doing power snatch - power clean versions now .. Everyone from my place will be coming for a drink afterwards or they will get my stoney faced glazed eye look of hatred !! And they don't enjoy that . See you Sat boys x | ||
