AKA the great reset Member 4056, 5207 posts | One thing worse than half squats is s**t bench pressing. Last week there was a strong older guy at my gym doing 7 or 8 reps with 170kg. Thats an impressive weight, the problem was tho every rep was at least 4 or 5 inches from his chest and he had feet on the bench. Just thought to myself, if he would put his feet down and drop the weight slightly, it would actually look really impressive. Take away the fact that he was using a solid weight, he genuinely looked a fool imo, tho he left that day as the gym hero to all the young uns. A bit of topic but thought I would gripe here | ||
