it's helped a lot. i was 120kg blob and started obv a bit more calories and dwindled it down with my decreasing bodyweight. i'm hitting PBs still so i can assume i'm not losing strength. whether or not i'm gaining strength at the optimal rate is another question, but we'll see when i hit my goal of ~100kg.

anyway, really appreciate the help on this, ta!

If you get the medallions only there's even less fat. Salt can be an issue though, so put them in a bowl of cold water overnight and the salt will leach out Happy

medallians are expensive lol, but we'll see. that water bowl trick is clever lol, will give that a go!

Perhaps try IF then, at least you'd have bigger meals. Might give you a bit more flexibility with what you can eat as well.

Meat and nuts plus a cup of green tea.

Meat allows for a steady rise in the blood sugar levels and the fats in the nuts/seeds help maintain the level until your next meal, 2.5/3 hrs later. It's a winner for leanness and alertness.

Been having 50g oats with whole milk and a banana and keeps hunger at bay for a couple of hours and sets me up for the day.

If im feeling particularly ravenous ill have a shake as well.

I dont really like eggs, or oats, or protein shake...... but I have them together and its nice

Toast/warm 100g oats in frying pan, whisk 4 eggs, add 2 scoops protein (I have myprotein choc nut) then add the eggs and protein to the oats and cook. Keep mixing in the pan, sort of like scrambled egg. Tastes like flapjack and is pretty decent macros!
