As a run on from the 'Best feats seen in Sugden', what are your THREE best moments in your lifting career (in terms of your own lifts!)?

I would say...

#1 400lb Deadlift
#2 100kg Bench
#3 155kg Squat

215kg Deadlift pb
140kg Squat pb

This is quite tough, but I would say:

1 - My first 500lb deadlift.

2 - My first 300lb Raw Bench

3 - Going 9/9 in my first full meet, definitely a highlight!

top three is almost impossible to say, but my favourite moments are the unexpected strength increases and PBs. But ok, lets take three out:

1. North West Open - the whole experience was definitely my top moment and probably will remain as such even with future meets.

2. 200kg squat. Came almost out of nowhere and everything was right on the day, mentally and physically. Also i think that lift made me a step more towards big boys league and is the biggest milestone i have reached so far.

3. 227.5kg deadlift. Again, the day went right down to the last details. Eating, hyping up, mental preparation, set up, team work, everything. Added 7.5kg to my deadlift on that day and i made it easily.

235kg deadlift - i was so nervous because i had problems hitching, but it flew up, i was very relieved to finish my first comp with 9/9!!!

3 x 195kg squat - at adlington alan suggested i go for this, i was nervous as 185 was my previous 1rm

157.5kg benchpress , again at adlington, a 15kg PB.

Can honestly say I'm not proud of any of my lifts. Hoping I will be one day though.

The first time that I pulled 400lbs was amazing. And more recently making 160kg squat after being stuck at 150kg for so long.

Yeh, you should remember that day, and remember it well. If we prepare like that everytime we go for a PB I reckon we'd get more of them! Everything pretty much went to plan.
