Yea Rodger, that's pretty much spot on. Nice yellow banna so the sugar is faster acting.

http://examine.com/supplements/Creatine/

I found this site to be very impressive - lots of unbiased verdicts on many supplements

Solid article. However caffiene dose not hinder the effects if creatine supps and has nothing to do with so called creatine 'none responders'.

You've studied this, from what I recall - I drink a lot of caffeine, can I take creatine at the same time (usually I have caffeine in the mornings and creatine in the evenings)

surely if creatine retains water and caffeine is a diuretic, it must hinder it to a certain extent. sure you can drink more water but that is a response to said hindrance.

i buy maxiraw complex, it works out tiny bit more per kg (maybe £1-2 more) but its a mix of whey, casein and isolate so figured for the extra £1 or so its worth it.

havent read the article yet but will do this morning.

Pretty sure that's what VG meant. Yellow as opposed to green.

Should be a staple of every lifters diet. I'd go as far to say absolutely essential.
