Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22057 posts | Just checked it 3 times and the average was 69. I don't do any cardio, apart from sometimes running around at work and rare 'strongman cardio'. Used to be in the 40s when I was cycling regularly (quite a few years ago now). Keep meaning to take up cycling again. | ||

It should be done first thing in the morning, before you even get out of bed. | ||
