Just for my own interest, particularly of people like myself who only lift and don't really do any cardio/circuit training/whatever

I'd be curious to know what the best (and worst) ones are from lifting alone, although I know some people do alot more volume etc than others

Although I have no idea what mine is. And my HR strap is f**ked, so I wont know for a while.

Just checked it 3 times and the average was 69. I don't do any cardio, apart from sometimes running around at work and rare 'strongman cardio'.

Used to be in the 40s when I was cycling regularly (quite a few years ago now). Keep meaning to take up cycling again.

I'm sure you know this, but that isn't you 'resting heart rate'. Even just sitting up will elevate your HR. It should be done first thing in the morning, before you even get out of bed.
