weightlifting is done in the standard weightlifting raising bar style.

log lift is "round robin" style, like in powerlifting.

this comp is also a fundraiser for an OSG gazebo which will be used at the comp and all the future OSG comps - IMPORTANT CAUSE!

day is filling up mate, the log is just inbetween snatch and cj so guys can warm up and get ready for cj.

Then again, i can see the max log showdown getting very popular...
