another great days lifting at OSG, well done to every one today especially the ladys who looked a little nervous but lifted really well i hope they will be back for more of the same next time ... great lifting all round from the rest of you and by the looks there is room for improvment as a few did,nt no what to expect as they are true novices at this ... smoothly run and compered by mark and a big thanks to andy and keith for the loading well done everybody see you at the next one

Soo glad i actually turned up today.. really enjoyed the whole day and had great fun in competing. Its been 2 years since ive done a snatch or clean & Jerk in competition and was good to have another go at some platform lifting..
Great group of lads and lasses putting in 110%, cant ask for anything more.

Thanks to all the people that helped out and who made this comp happen. Hope there will be another 1 in the future.

So, to sum it all up...

LOL i f**king TAKE IT! Robbo has been robbed before due to countback, bet this feels a bit like that...

So glad I came up today - had a great time meeting Sugden faces and lifting weights in the sunshine.
