Event 1: Standard Deadlift – 250kg for reps (Straps and suits allowed) – head to head. Event 2: Yoke – 380kg for 15m – head to head. Event 3: Axle – 120kg for reps from the floor – head to head. Event 4: Shield Carry – 160kg for max distance. Event 5: Medley – 140kg Farmers into 170kg Duck Walk for 15m each – head to head. Event 6: Atlas Stones – 100, 115, 135, 155 & 175kg to 50” platform. 75 second time limit where applicable. Al lot more info will be posted as we move on with preparations. I tried to select events based on what kit we have between us all in South Wales and to try and introduce some events that weren't in last year's comp.
