Member 2271, 337 posts SQ 260, BP 220, DL 290770.0 kgs @ 95kgs UnEq | he did the wales 105s last year in carmarthen and came 3rd....he travelled from north wales like yourself so i guess it all depends on his commitments or work i guess....done a few shows against him that he has always showed up 2........not sure why he missed your giants tho........great competitor tho! | ||

Member 2271, 337 posts SQ 260, BP 220, DL 290770.0 kgs @ 95kgs UnEq | sure you will do well now mate......kept track of how you and some of the other newer welsh competing boys have done in recent comps.....lifting some crazy numbers and great on events from what ive noticed........i had a blood infection last summer so had 4 operations on leg......took 6 months 2 recover so only trained heavy for 2 & half months as couldn't train for 5 months previous........chuffed got self back 2 level need 2 be at but im not near as strong on deads as was in past and some my events have suffered like yoke.....not that was great at them anyway!lol........gonna be good battle tho... will be good 2 meet u mate also...this will be my last 105 as il do opens from now but predominantly bodybuilding aftr june........strongman has ruined my body enough over past few years!lol | ||
