Deadlift xmas party. Bit of an impromptu get to gether to see where we are at and to set targets for next year.

Tried wide stance today ( feels good as my back is more upright)

280 x30 (felt easy... i remember struggling with this at their comp a few year back).
350 x15m P.B!!! 16seconds not fast but felt solid only had 1 small hickup where i was going to try up the pace .
400 had 3 or 4 pick ups and moved it about 1m. Just buried me to be honest

Been ill all week and barely eaten so wasnt expecting much today.

Warmed up with a few sets on 45kg log and 50 kg axle.

Had a good session with ashton reid today.

410 x10m (well 7m then needed a min then finished it). Bit gutted as this is worlds weight and they did 15m so i wanted to see how i compared... didnt manage it today but still a pb.

90to 66"
Then 2 runs of
90 to 66", 110 to 60", 120 to 54", 135 to 48", then only managed to lap the 150 on then 2nd run. Pb stone lap without tacky though.
