Could nt go too fast as was really slippy today. Fingles finger 120 2 flips. Back to the rebel dumbell 50 x3r 1r 60 x1,2,2,1 all right arm. Felt good. No supports pb i think. Log 60 3x5 ftoh 1st set strict. Others 1 motion (stone warm up) Stones 120 3x3 to chest height no tacky. Tried heavier but didnt fancy putting tacky on so kept failing | ||

Bit of an impromptu get to gether to see where we are at and to set targets for next year. Small warm up. Tried wide stance today ( feels good as my back is more upright) 60x8 100 2x6 140x5 d.o.h 180 x3 mixed grip 220x1 (been struggling with owt around this for last few weeks.... felt easy today) 260 pushing my luck... fail 240 2xfails left side just isnt pulling as hard from the floor. 220 3x3 felt great. Annoying as i should be getting one at 240. Wide pronated Pull downs 300lbx4 210 2x10 Cable pull downs 8 3x10 Hyper extensions 3x15 Shrugs 25kg 3x15 Stretch | ||

Weirdly was probably faster on this than the lighter runs. | ||

Grip felt great, both runs were sub 20seconds just need to get stronger on the pick up. | ||

Feel like im.coming down with a cold) Farmers 100 x30m Yoke no belts or sleeves on the wobbliest yoke ive come across 130 x30m 180 x30 280 x30 (felt easy... i remember struggling with this at their comp a few year back). 350 x15m P.B!!! 16seconds not fast but felt solid only had 1 small hickup where i was going to try up the pace . 400 had 3 or 4 pick ups and moved it about 1m. Just buried me to be honest | ||

Pressing Warmed up with a few sets on 45kg log and 50 kg axle. Medley log, axle, atlas stone press 55, 60,30 65, 70, 50 75, 80, 60 85, 90x (fail), 60 90 log Dumbell 60x1 60x2 Then lota of fails with a block, came back to the dumbell and pinched a nerve in my neck grrr! Tyre flip 230 x5,3,6, 8, then lots of taking it in turns probably did about 15 Then amrap 60s. 10 reps. Yoke 215 30m drop and turn. Low 15s. Axle deadlift mixed grip 130x1 150 180 200 220 a few fails thwn got pissed off and managed 2 reps. Just needed some fire. Stone over yoke 56" 120x1 struggled which was annoying. Arm over arm into drag. 180kg 10m each way. 25s, the 24s pm second run, fell over both times. | ||

Dead 140 2x5 180 3x10 ( ok was meant to be 170 lol but was trainimg with others. Last set was bloody tough). 220 x1 Shrugs out of rack 180 3x6 Cable row 270lb x10 300 x5, 8 Face pulls light. Stretch. | ||

Lower back is on fire lol | ||

Log 1 motion 45 2x5 65 2x5 75 1x3 sloppy Strict log 1 clean 75x3 85x3 90x2 pb i think 95 3x1pb last rep was bro spotted lol Moved some gym machines.... great mid session. Yoke no belts or sleeves (bw 103kg) 215 x30m 245 x30m 300 x15m felt quick 350 x 15m was sloppy unfortunately. 14seconds tho so still think its a pb Belts and sleeves on 410 x10m (well 7m then needed a min then finished it). Bit gutted as this is worlds weight and they did 15m so i wanted to see how i compared... didnt manage it today but still a pb. Stones singles (no tacky) 75kg to 66" 90to 66" Then 2 runs of 90 to 66", 110 to 60", 120 to 54", 135 to 48", then only managed to lap the 150 on then 2nd run. Pb stone lap without tacky though. | ||

The 410 yoke really beaten me up. 220 3 singles. Form wasnt great grr. Pendlays rows 140kg 3x5 bit too heavy to be honest. Cable row 270lb 2x6 300 1x5 Pull ups dead stops 3x5 Stretch Small box jumps | ||

Warmed up a little bit Axle 20 2x10 40 2x5 50 1x5 80 1,2,3 Medley Axle.log.dumbell 80x2.45.30x2 80x2.65.30x2 80.80.60 90.90.60 (after a minute) 100f Monster dumbell A few singles with 60. Barrel runs 85 and 90kg barrel 20m each. 1st run 25 secs ground was slippy. 2nd run 20sec. Hamstring tired on the 2nd barrel. Not a great session. | ||

Rubbish) Floor press 49 x10 89 5x5 all paused. These felt hard too. 49 x10 Standing dumbell press single arms 8kg lol 3x10 Pec dec and reverse fly Upright rows light G.H.R work Leg raises Dragon flags 3x5 | ||
