Deadlift speed 160x3 160 2x8 Rows 60 3x10 Hyperextensions Bw 3x10 all slow and controlled. Pull downs 4x stack 300lb pb lad said I couldn't do 1 so I did 250lb 2x6 Row 170lb 3x10 all slow body holding style Pull ups. Strict with pause 3 x5 plus a 20second hang after each set | ||

Very mild warm up Log Strict 45kg 3,5,8 (1 Clean) 87.5kg 1,2,1,2,2,2 Clean each rep. Found it hard, but should have been good for 3 just had nothing when I did the 3rd clean on the last 3 sets. Tried to push press it but my back still just crumbles :-( . Deadlift 140x1 190x1 d.o.h felt slow so didn't bother. Foam Rollered | ||

My back still isn't 100sorted but decided to start back light and work on technique. Narrow high bar Squat (using a que to open my hips which naturally pushes knees out felt great no butt wink. Still don't feel like I'm involving my flutes tho.) Bar 2x20 quads already started cramping on 1st set :-( 60 3x15-20 all with a pause and throwing some in mid pauses too. 60 2x10 slow down, pause, fast up. Front squat with a proper grip 40 3x10 all paused Leg extensions 50kg 3x10 again all pause with 3 pushes after to pump the legs. 24" Step ups x1min Big empty sled Push then pull 10m each way 2sets of 3. Kettlebell swings 12kg 3x10 Reverse hypers 3x20 all slow controlled Stretch Light and legs feel awful. No back pain which is good though | ||

It think 80x6 90 2x2 Yoke 55x40m 135x40m 215x40m 295x20m 335x20m struggled massively as had bar to low. 355kgx20m roughly 20secs felt good and think speed was a pb. 400kg x10m pb. Was sloppy but we'll happy. Stones 120 48" x3 no tacky 150 almost lapped with no tacky... Got giddy as wasn't expecting to lift it lol Stretch | ||
