Yoke 200x40 300x40 350 2x20m Felt ok, not the quickest but far better than it has been lately. Axle strict press out of rack 40 x10 btn 70 x8 btn 80 x5 90 x3 100 x1 (sort of a pb but not truly strict). | ||

Axle clean and power jerk (in spongy trainers) 90kg 3x1 100 x1 110 x1 easy 120 x1 pb power jerk 120 split jerk easy 130 split jerk close twice Yoke 145 2x30m 205 3x30n 2 sets 80kg Farmers holds Flag off bars with holds, felt easy and best its been in a few years | ||

Your right, (my build up has been terrible - days when I planned to hit sets of 3to5 at 105 id struggle to hit 1). As a bit of luck i did do triples the day before, and only 10days out from comp now, but afterwards my plan is to got back to 60-70% strict pressing for volume and slowly build up again, as along with legs it has been neglected this year. Not planning to compete until next year after this comp, probably try get lean over summer too tbh. | ||

Was poorly going into it.. but still.felt strong warming up, got a easy 125 axle press but dislocated my wrist as it come down and basically f**ked my hole come up as i couldnt even pick my water bottle up. Event 1- 135 axle Was close but dropped to much on the dip. Event 2 - 320 frame. Somehow managed 10m which was good for 6th. Event 3 380 yoke Managed 35m which was good enough for 2nd, disappointed not to finish the 40m. 320 axle dead 15" Fail. 100 keg 150 duck 150 farmers I was easily in top 3 on 1st 2 implements but just couldnt grip the farmers as all, managed about 3m with them. Had a pretty s**tty week feeling sorry for myself tbh | ||

Did an easy 360 yoke then followed it up by a 242kg SSB squat which is a big p.b but had to pull.my finger out. Followed it up by hamstring accessories | ||
