Big confidence boost this as ive been pretty low lately. Rows 100 2x8 Wide cable pull downs 3x10 Narrow cable rows 3x10 Booty machine 100kg 3x10 Hang 1x1min.. Nice quick session, got a sweat on. | ||

Ham curls 55 3x10 Seated calf raise 10 2x20 not going hard on these as they ruin my yoke walk Behind the back high rack deadlift (tried what sam bollands did). Got up to 220 with no.chalk and a s**t bar. Way harder than i expected. Tricep push downs 60 3x10 20s rests Cross trainer 10mins Not feeling strong but on a calorie deficit for northern u105. Once i get to the target weight, will go to.maintenance calories | ||

But i felt good with more in the tank. Stones 90 3x1 120 3x1 135 x1 150 x3 180 lapped but couldnt load twice. Long stretch. Feel weak but a much more positive sessuon today. Im beating myself up mentally because theres plenty of lads stronger in the gym alone and i just want to be up there with them. So relaxing a little now and just going to have fun. Got nothing to lose. | ||
