Tough cold and wet session up at mark lawson yard today

Car hold, handles were cold today so felt grim.

😂 yeah, i knew this comp would be hard, but realising its even harder for me than i was expecting. I'll still be there come comp day.

Behind the back high rack deadlift (tried what sam bollands did). Got up to 220 with no.chalk and a s**t bar. Way harder than i expected.

Not feeling strong but on a calorie deficit for northern u105. Once i get to the target weight, will go to.maintenance calories

Feel weak but a much more positive sessuon today. Im beating myself up mentally because theres plenty of lads stronger in the gym alone and i just want to be up there with them. So relaxing a little now and just going to have fun. Got nothing to lose.
