Loads of rows and pull downs
150 bench 5 sets of 2 paused
100kg 3 sets of 3 fast

Yesterday

SquAts 10kg up again 4 sets of 8 no pain again

Leg ext dips bis and abs
Pp up to 105kg easy flew

Deadlifts next week can't wait

The old man called me up today and said how it was difficult to train. In his 80s still working and doing things that would tire out a man 1/3rd his age. Then after taking care of his sick wife, he still does deadlifts and much more. How can we say no to training and being a slacker? The writings on the wall for us. I cannot wait til we can all train for the day. It will be classic.

170 x 2.2= 374 plus repping it. Is this raw? I suck at dips. My buddy ripped his pec on them. What I saw of his pec was viscious. You have a healthy chest.

Yes Always raw I have tried shirts and suits and just hate it I have deadlift suit used twice never again, I love dips I suck at them but they work

Fours of trained last night normally train alone but a good laugh

Bench 140kg 3 x 3
160kg x 3 was going to stop but 180kg x 1 went ok

Dips loads then other chest stuff

Another thing is you probably do more but not write your light sets down so not to waste time writing insugnuficant data?
