I'm on the same track as you. Higher reps and light weight. It was hard today as I been enjoying civilian life. I usually chill in November but not anymore. Setting my sights for February to be on top of my game again. How about you?

Calfs 5 sets of 15

Bench 120kg 3 sets of 3 nice and fast
Dips 4 sets til failure

Dips I fear. They hurt my shoulder or maybe I'm just a wimp. I'm welding a multigrip swiss bar. Cheaper to make. Quite expensive toy. It may be better to buy and not clogged up my time. Will this help my popping shoulder? It's so weird that I can still press, but bench is painful but doable with a big warmup. Will the multi grip Swiss bar build the damaged area? My incline log bench isn't terribly bad, but since my accident falling on concrete with a keg on my shoulder. Perhaps I'm babying it. Bench used to be raw in the lower 400's. It eats at me. Your shoulders are both heathy. My right arm is not icicle stronger than left.

Yes my lower back right buttock and right knee oh and hip if I deadlift or squat I can't walk next day very well so leaving them for a while

Build is best build it to you, when I popped my shoulder moons ago on Bench, I done loads of shoulder raises front side and rear for a few weeks to strengthen the area and light pressing then started to bench when I had no pain.

Nice variety on that menu. The biceps are things that are underrated. The DB snatches are one I must research. When you look at it, we have similarities in variety. Lately I been basic, but about to ignite the engines and step it up a pinch grip.
