My wife trained today and I was helping her, carrying weights and loading barbell etc.

I thought that I would lift a few sets also, so I did a snatch drill that I saw Mr. Klokov doing in internet Happy

Finnish nationals were last weekend. I managed to lift only 110+145, so my goal (270 total) is waiting in near future.

I've managed to get a few good sessions this week, and lifting continues next week.

smal: next comp is local gym competition 29th day. My training scedule/philosofy is to do as many snatch and c&j workouts as you can and train squat and pulls after these. And I'm trying to incorporate bulgarian training system gradually.

edit: also in snatch/c&j workouts I'm "warming up" to 80% of max and then starting count reps. Exemple: my snatch max is 115kg so everything over 92,5 kilos is good for me. In one work out I felt good so I did doubles up to 102,5kg. In other workout didn't feel that good so I did 4 doubles with 95kg. But in both workouts I did about 10 reps with 80% or more.

I think 2 or 3 good workouts in week is max for me at the moment...

edit: last week 6 sessions (2 lights) and 5 sesh this week...
