Body starts recovering from Tuesdays "max out" session. Lifting felt quite good, but I felt that its better to go light and maybe tomorrow put some more weights on barbell...

I'm starting to count 95kg in snatch and 130kg in c&j to my 80% of max lifts. Those make 118 and 162 so I hope I'm able to nail those numbers soon...

a bit forward, couldn't keep it

108kg good lift

113kg x good attempt, but not today.

c&j:

warming up to 140kg

145kg good lift

150kg x failed in clean

153kg good lift and pb. A little pressout, but good in training comp.

if you are making progress and the kilos are going on the bar then be happy and continue Grin
How do you feel about your speed under the bar?
