I am getting a book as there is so much going on ... the basic stuff will make for some super holiday pics/vids i have JUST RECOVERED from the 2km drubbing you gave me now the 1km has GONE ! i think you need to go after king macroth's numbers , excellent stuff | ||

I've played about with the GoPro loads on holiday and am getting pretty used to using it now. Sorry about the 1&2k's Just got back from a fantastic just over two weeks in Devon. No training as such, but plenty of physical activity, think I should be back to pre holiday fitness with a week or so of hard training. Got back late so a quick 2k tonight just to blow the cobwebs away - 1:50 pace felt easy enough. | ||
