Nice. You running a normal double now then? 54 on the front?

And Stannard was good but anyone who saw the Worlds last year shouldn't be too surprised. Nice to see that Sagan is mortal after all.

Ciolek was very canny today. He just let Cancellara and Sagan have their little battle, and Sagan had to chase everything at the end. Good, smart riding.

Funny. When we were watching it earlier we all agreed that if Radioshack had a sprinter or just someone who could be in the mix then they'd be a different proposition. Sagan has to mark everything he does that someone else could just come along for a free ride. Ciolek did it perfectly.

in other news managed to come 4th yesterday in another crit so that puts me on 13 points now so i am a 3rd cat

got my first road race today with the 3/4's hoping i got some thing left in my legs for it.

Great ride. Almost 25mph average is very impressive and a max HR of 232 is just crazy!

i think my HR spiked yesterday as am sure it cant go that high managed 13th today in the road race total different experience but enjoyable.

right now to avoid flanders till i can download it later
