Not too bad mate, dont really bother me when training. Its get a bit stiff afterwards though. It gets less every week though.

Also started operation 'reverse PAGAN' to add a few kilos before St Ives as Ive lost a few with being ill/no appetite

122.5kg/2 Belt off. PB Did this because I hope for more on the max squats but 140 was the limit. Knew that more than one rep with 122.5 was a PB so went for it. No more than a double there though.

Fat Grip Hangs
0kg/3x45 seconds Really hard work these as the chin up bar I was using rotates. Ouch

500m in 1:41.6. Been a long time since I did one of these. Was tired but not that bad, struggling to keep the rating high. Its been too long I think.

Cheers Macca, there have been plenty of improvements so far. In my nine weeks back squatting Ive gone from 110 squat (while fresh) to 140 (while knackered). Hoping to beat my 6 month old PB pretty soon.
