Reason is that we have full use of the Carpark on this day like we had at Sugdens Stongest Man and i want to start doing some outside stuff ..I`ve got a ground floor store room so the idea is just roll the tyres out and bring a few bits down in the goods lift and get busy ... All Sugdeners are welcome only £3 to go into our equipment fund .Just PM me if you fancy a session .. We`re getting more and more equipment all the time So come summer should be some good stuff going on .. And me and my boys will benefit from seeing you guys train and i can offer some Olympic lifting advice etc maybe a few pointers . Everyone benefits ....
