I haven't read it but books I would recommend are books by George F Jowett, the way to live (I think) by George Hackensckmit but these are quite hard to find and not everyone's cup of tea. A good read, but not really about strongman is the keys to progress by John McCallum. Just my opinion there. I would buy whatever Ursus recommend as he knows what he's talking about. | ||
