Hi Ursus
I've only been able to find Sons of Samson 2, is this the one you have? Does the book give much training information?

Thanks

I'm not Ursus, but Sons of Samson 2 isn't a training book at all really. It's a mixture of strength history, profiles of people ranging from Sig Klein and Reub Martin, through to WSM competitors from 1977-96. The final section is in-depth reports (with accurate times, weights and measurements) of WSM from 77-96. It's a fascinating and accurate insight, and a great resource.

Dinosaur training has some cool info in it but i found it very repetitive, it could have been half as long!
