Cheers jim and davidoc, all we had when I started was a bar and a squat rack, only reason why I am like this tbh, also I prefer this training to bb type training

Been away from Sugden for a long time and a lot has happened in that time. I'm currently studying in America on a soccer scholarship (Football to the civilised world). Wanted to start up my log again so I have a record of what I'm doing and to look back on. For the last 3 months in America I have done bodybuilding type training, using machines and very little free weights in that time.

No they were continuous, my forearms were fried after the deads so I just sped through them.

My left bicep was in agony doing these, that's why I didn't complete the final 2 sets. Its the worst when I begin the upward phase of the push. Don't know what's wrong.

Definitely got a bench pb there when your bicep is better.

And make sure that bar is close to your shins on the SLDL

Had a training session before going to the gym did a mile in 5:50 and did some sprints after that.
