Easy session today, should be aiming higher for push press they were going up with ease. Push press was also good, struggled to lock out when it came to the last few reps of each set though.

legs really struggled towards the end of the sets but my technique is good and my back isn't sore after completing sets as before.

Squatting with no shoes very impressive. I am sure ur numbers will go up over the next few months depending how much u want it. Great technique on the squats. Hope it goes well for u. Keep it up.
