Not happy with the deads so will be dropping down the weight again maybe 100 or 105 for reps then move up again. Should be moving up in weight for the push press next week as well, but got exams at the moment so training will be light if any.

Good session today especially squats, next couple of weeks will probably go for my 1RM again. First time I done strict for a while and quite pleased how well the sets went

was a good session, very happy with the 200 pull

not feeling at all up for a session, my legs and lower back were very tight (not painful) but had to do something. strict press was good should be moving up in weight next session.

Today's training was based solely around leg drive from the floor, because for my deads I can sit right down into it but lack the speed and power of the floor. Was a good session overall not happy with the deads, my core just wasn't working properly and not staying tight throughout the lift. Starting to enjoy training again so hopefully smashing some big numbers soon

So happy with the log, been a weak event for as we only have a 70kg log but I'm staring to get the reps for it and progress is being made. Front squats were okay, not as tidy as I wanted them to be and wasn't sure about the depth on the second set of 90 so dropped the weight and made sure. Back to school tomorrow so training will be very limited as to when I can do it.

Then went to the park and did some shot put throws, brothers got it in his next comp, harder than it looks!

Good session made sure on all deadlifts my arse was at least parallel to my knees when I started the pull, some were real grinders off the floor but once past my knee no problem. Log press was good, need to get set and ready on all reps, some how my last set looked the easiest. But progress is being made!

Not a good session, form on the squats were poor and the leg power was just not there. Strict press was ok, but these numbers are what I should be hitting.

150kg x f - pissed ripped it off the floor then legs completely straightened, at this point I just let go.

A good session but not overly happy with it, the 140 dead was the best technically out of the heavier deadlifts. The complex was extremely difficult had to lie down for about 5 mins after this, very pleased with the 70 PB. And log is just progressively getting better, had no energy at this point so they were real challenges overhead.

Squats were ok, last set was the best of the three, log press is really getting along now, and the dumbbell will come soon, very close to lock out maybe just not enough strength to hold it up. Overall very pleased with the progression being made.

Real good session today really enjoyed it, got a new axel as well so done the squats, but my legs were fried from the deads so didn't go heavy at all. New technique on the log jerk, Makes life a lot easier. And the squats were nice and easy, gonna go for a squat PB on Saturday aiming for 130!
