Failed the first rep, fell off my shoulders at the bottom never got underneath it, although the 70 c&j is a PB.

Stones

70x4 rest in between each rep, quite comfortable with no tacky.

I think that stone was 80kg today. You could prob get that 105 with tacky

Regardless still bloody heavy, I also thought that too just too much hassle to tacky up
