now then mate as i said im havin a rest 4 a couple of weeks till this leg is better,can never give up ,its in the blood,i will always do it till i becum usless lol.as other lads have said your only young,wish i was bk at 23 or 24 yrs old,its so not fair ha ha |

yeah ive left it rite up2 yesterday 2c,tried stuff at marks and it just wasnt happenin ,only thing i can do is deadlift,no point in doing a comp 4 1 event,wud just make me look a t**t lol |
