I think it is there mate tbh just taking it slowly and getting plenty of volume in first, my goal was to get to 150kg by March, i think will do that and some, then i just need to pause it! | ||

I love doing these walks, looks bad ass and it works the old lungs really well. The pushing of the push chair really adds to the effect!! I need my mohican back and a feather ear ring too really lol! Beats sitting on an exercise bike! | ||
