Nice brief session, still getting used to using a belt on deadlifts, I pull a bit more stiff-legged with it but they feel good Happy

80kg x 7 - PB, happy with this and the first 5 flew up.

Swiss Bar Strict
57.5kg x 10, 10, 10, 6+2+2

Nothing left in my shoulders and tris, hopefully 5x10 next week... Finished my session up with some seated lat raises, and loads of rear delt work. Good sesh.

217.5kg x 6 - Another rep PB, surprising seeing as I deadlifted 3 days ago. Re-jigged my training this week as I'm away at the weekend.

Deadlifts felt really good tonight, quick and I wasn't as gassed as I have been. Hopefully the increase in rep work is beginning to take effect.

31/10/14 - Bench

Close grip bench - All reps paused
80kg x 5x10

Finished with the usual flys, pushdown and rear delt work.

Strict again on Monday, hopefully 82.5kg for 5.

Also, in other news, i think im able to squat again! Happy changed to low bar and my knees felt brand new. Will start with 60kg for sets of 10 to begin with and see where it takes me. Will likely squat several times a weej in order to get more practice with my new found form.

Shoulders were fried after that, high rep overhead pressing is horrible.

Seated Db Lat Raise

Squats
60kg x 10, 10, 10

Decent session. Squat felt really good too, gonna squat several times a week, upping it by 2.5kg every time. Will get a proper plan in place when I get past the 100kg mark.
