really bad sesh tonight found 160kg squat mega hard was aiming for 200kg's tonight but it wasn't to be just fatigued i guess need to take the foot off the pedal for a week and just get the reps in Happy

biceps are fine Happy pain went away the day after so I assume it was just a pull Tongue
