I don't train at Vulcan, I went there for the strongman type contest they did when it first opened, I also gave him a keg, rope and a few other bits. I have a full set up (lifting platform, bumper plates, glute ham machine, power rack etc) at home in my garage so never need to leave there to train, although I will come to Vulcan to any comps he puts on.

Alryt mate i was talkin to you yesterday at gym. I'd try get more quad activation in on them regular deads, but then again i think i deadlift pretty similar to you so probs depends on the person, i'd recommened takin each rep of a deadlift from a dead stop aswell, jst gets you used to pulling tht way for when you attempt a max, i got stronger this way when i switched from touch and go.

Messed around with snatches and clean technique today

got to 60kg snatch, did this a few times. (Work on OverHead Squat!!!)

Did 50kg cleans (Work on wrist flexibility)

Deadlifts (Sat back more into these for more quad activation)

Pulled 210 beltless woo (PB)

Then did a tire flip, keg toss, tire toss and keg carry medley 3 times Happy

Today was benching. Good sesh, ended up doing some stupid stuff but was all fun and games

Tricep Death (Board pressing)

90kg - 1 board = 12, 3 board = 7, 5 board = 4

100kg - " - " = 9, 7, 3

110kg - " - " = 5, 5, 3

Then we did from 5 board down to 1 board (And back up as many as poss) @ 90kg = 5, 5, 5, 2

Then we did some tire flip/sled drags. Flipped the tire as many times as explosively as possible until we had to muscle it up, then dragged the sled backwards with 80kg in. Good workout really.
