So f**king annoyed. Totally burnt out today, tried an events session in the rain and just felt s**t, quit. Tendons hurting in both arms and right knee joint. Trying to cut weight so cut amount of food. But do i need it to keep my body running? Really annoyed, i hate this feeling. Any ideas?
