s**t session yesterday so I re did my squats today with added motivation from the linkin park cd...it worked!

Squats -
60 x 5
100 x 5
120 x 3
140 x 3
160 x 3
180 x 1
190 x 2
200 x 1!!
205 x f



Then I did some "cardio" sled dragging, light farmers, and tire flipping, absolutely f**ked! My bodyfat also got done Wink 18%...not bad.

Started Russian masters routine for squats today.

120 x 3

160 x 2 x 6

All pretty easy (apart from my new belt ripping my stomach to pieces. Any one else have this problem?)

Front squats up to a PB of 165kg!

Strong stuff matey. You're belt should be ok once you get used to it, try it in slightly different positions to find what works for your body.

You were having a bit of pain from mine when you tried it out though so that's what makes me think you just need to get used to how they are, and were you need to wear it. I'm at Vulcan tomorrow so might see you if you're in.

I can do 11. Wasn't sure of when I was going to train to be honest. I need to try out a few events that will be used in strongman that I've not done before like yoke and farmers.
