I agree with joni. getting fit and strong at the same time is possible. thats what strongman training is all about! is there no way you could get a weekly event session in somewhere?

felt surprisingly comfortable. Some left in the tank

about a minute on the treadmill as my legs were a bit wobbly. Will do later on...

felt pretty light and nice and quick. Hopefully have sorted out previous problems with squats
