My names Ryan I train in Dumbarton , Scotland

Current Weight 113KG Height 6'3 Age 30

Thought I'd start this to keep track of things.

Trying to get as strong as possible, clean to see what I can achieve.

Find it hard NOT to do some bodybuilding but I'll get there.

Aims are 6 months

280KG Deadlift
240KG + Squat
180KG Bench
140KG Log

I reckon thats near my genetic potential max without gear unequipped.

Currently lifting

110KG Log done 120 Mil press before
147.5KG Bench done 167.5 8 years ago
180KG Squat just started going low dropped 50Kg lol
240KG Deadlift New PB

Was quite shocked at my deadlift the other day I got 250 to the knees out of the blue, first time I didn't fear the weight. All in mind. Took me 13 years to realise.Poor lol.

Any advice appreciated!

LOG CURRENT P.B 110KG X 1 100KG*4

70KG X 6 WARM UP
100KG X 5 NEW P.B (COULD HAVE DONE ANOTHER 1 BUT SAVED FOR 115KG LIFT)
115KG - FAIL - GOT IT UP WITH EASE BUT FAILED HALF WAY DURING PRESS
TRIED AGAIN - FAIL bas***d
112.5KG - FAIL HALF WAY PRESS WAS RAGING., I COULD HAVE GOT THIS IF I HAD JUST WENT FO 112.5KG AT START INSTEAD OF 115KG WASTED EGO TRAINING. I KNOW I COULD HAVE GOT 112.5KG SO QUITE HAPPY AND GOT EXTRA REP WITH 100KG
LOG 70KG - 20 REPS WAS PLEASED WITH THAT

PRETTY POOR

SOME MISC CABLES TO HIT REAR DELTS AND SIDE DELTS AND REVERSE PEC DEC TO FAILURE FOR BACK DELTS.


OVERALL ONLY DID LOG FOR STRENGTH AS USUAL ON SHOULDERS DAY WILL NEED TO START DOING RACK PRESSES ETC ANYONE GOT ANY ADVICE WHAT I COULD DO TO GET LOG UP.

GLAD I GOT 245 IN DEADLIFT

GET 250 EASY NEXT WEEK, NO SIGNS OF GAINS STOPPING ON CREATINE YET HOPE I CAN GO UP 5KG AND GET THE 260 RAW before new year...2 weeks to go up 15 kilo... I we will c lol

SQUATS - DONT SEEM TO HAVE ANY STRENGTH GAINS AT ALL SO CHANGED TO HIGHER REPS HALF WAY THROUGH LOW REPS NOT WORKING.
