RIGHT FIRST OFF I STUPIDLY TOOK A CHALLENGE FROM NEIL AT GYM ON A GRIP TEST YESTERDAY. WE HAVE A FOREARMS MACHINE IN THE GYM SOMEONE MADE PULLING THE WEIGHT WITH YOUR FINGERS. I HELD 85KG AT LOCKOUT FOR A MIN 75 SECONDS AND THEN MY FINGERS AND FOREARMS WERE DEAD.

FELT THIS TODAY SO I KNEW MY CURLS WOULDNT BE VERY GOOD FOREARMS TIRED

WAS WORKING NIGHT BEFORE WHICH WAS STUPID SO ONLY HAD AN HOURS SLEEP.
