As for sandbag carry if you can get just "POP" it on your shoulder you are allowed to do that! But dont think it will be as easy as you think its very loose sack getting it up is struggle plus 110kg on one side i dont think i would last long before i drop it! Ill have a go at it next Saturday tho!  | ||
