Remember my sandbagging from Bsm just did that
Deadlift format will be last man standing starting weight 180-200kg!
As for sandbag carry if you can get just "POP" it on your shoulder you are allowed to do that! But dont think it will be as easy as you think its very loose sack getting it up is struggle plus 110kg on one side i dont think i would last long before i drop it! Ill have a go at it next Saturday tho!

I think the sandbag caryy will just be a case of who can shoulder it and who cant , if you manage it , then your gonna have a good go at a decent distance
