i no what you guys are saying and you's are right but since i've started strongman training i've wanted 100kilo overhead.

drew 280 will go thanks for the confidence though lol

i no what you's are saying re pratice the events but there's only so much you can do Happy scare to pratice the squat incase the tear in my groin gets worse Unhappy

Fair enough, maybe max out on the log then drop down in weight and rep it out....seen a few guys doing this so it must work?

LOL, smallsy mark 2 ....

im not a fan of the 18" deadlift atall ...the weights are just too much pressure on the lower back ... it funny ..if it was a repping event like at englands i would be hoping for top 3 but this 18" max ..well ill be way down .... such is strongman !!

always good to get a pb !!

but your not kidding anyone on Mr. consistent I will be very surprised if your not in the top 3 your very consistence on every event and I'm sure you will pull 300+

cheers maca mate was good to train with you. your a beast with the static lifts thats for sure Happy get some event training and you'll do some damage at open level

yead i made the 75 kilo one lol its a c**t Unhappy
its 85 now and just as bad don't think its the weight its just the hand potion and trying to balance it Unhappy
