Remember it's as near as dammit a stone you'll have to lose in less than a week....even if you did manage it how much strength would you have lost trying to make weight?

hmmm good point mate we will see on sunday hopefully not too much lol
can only give it a try last year at u90's name plan to increase weight to 110 Happy
