Member 4811, 50 posts SQ 160, BP 110, DL 200 470.0 kgs @ 104kgs UnEq	Just got myself some 2.5m Thor Knee wraps from strengthshop, im just wondering if anybody can give me a link to a video with the best way to wrap the knees? I would of looked through the forum pages but I cant find a search button. any help is appreciated Rich
