Chris has asked me to post this thread, as he is ashamed of asking about nutrition. He would like a plan that allows him to lose weight and still slurp 8+ Peroni per night.....he needs your help. His current proposed diet is as follows:-

Meal 1 - 1 Leaf of Iceberg Lettuce

Meal 2 - Protein Shake

Meal 3 - Half tin Tuna + 1 Leaf of Iceberg

Meal 4 - Handful of Peanuts

Meal 5 - 8-10 Bottles of Peroni + Donner Kebab

He welcomes your advice and input Grin

Needs to cut down on the lettuce. There's a lot of calories in A salad. Maybe just lick it rather than actually swallowing it? This might leave room for another peroni?Happy

protein shakes induce an insulin response, cut them out and replace with dry chicken breast.

Like it. Liquid dieting. Anyone would think i have a s**t diet and drink everyday. I actually have a clean diet and only drink occasionally at weekends.

i know you don't eat s**t mate i was at a bbq with you last weekend and you never touched one burger or sausage although it would of been hard if you did want one as you refused to only have one beer at a time so both hands were full

The last time i drank was on Saturday although it did turn into a 12 hour session of which i was trying to convince Kenny to have a pissed up powerlifting comp in The Outhouse.

Diet if fairly clean but my portion sizes are possibly that of a small family.Roll-Eyes

Im sure i would have easily nailed a 60kg DL, 20kg Bench & 60kg Squat between throwing up.
