Someone had been threatening my training partner for a year via social media. Kid is 6ft1 and 107kg or just under 17 stone. He walked up to the kid who was threatening him. I locked the door. Other kid suddenly changed his tone. It was all a "misunderstanding" lols. Kid escaped with his life.

Been working on a construction site for the past few days - wake up at 6:30, get to the site for 7, gym at 4, look after that until closing. Shattered doesn't describe how i feel, and i just worked out i work for about £13 a day. It's eid next week which means I have to give other people's kids money even though the kids have better phones than me. FML. Imagine a 50 note for each little s**t.

Was supposed to be squat day, but I'm back on the building site from 7am until 3:45, then at the gym until 8pm, so tried some variation stuff instead

A Turkish coffee mixed with NesCafe, and a shot of energy drink on the side.

Box squat, all paused/rested at the bottom, maybe 2" below parallel.
