Trained on my own SQUATS (NO BELT) 20 x 8 50 x 8 70 x 8 100 x 5 120 x 3 150 x 3 170 x 2 GOOD MORNINGS 20 X 8 50 X 5 70 X 5 85 X 5 95 X 5 105 x 5 LEG EXTENSIONS 30 x 8 40 x 8 50 x 8 60 x 8 GHR b/w x 5 x4 Bit pissed off as i was rushing, really could of done with goin heavier on squats, also wanted to get front squats in as well. Bollox to it i'll have to make up for it next week, at least i didnt swerve the gym! lol | ||

YOKE 170 x 30m 250 x 15m x 2 FARMERS 40 x 30m 80 x 30m 110 x 30m ATLAS STONE Warming up with 80 over 52" yoke, done 4 reps and lower bicep felt very twingy so called it a day, was 3hrs 30mins in by now so feelin fooked and hungry! lol | ||
